Three double bedrooms, two receptions rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and utility room are spread across the four floors of this narrow yet spacious cottage.
You enter the property via a wooden stable door into the light and welcoming dining room, which in turn flows into a pretty but practical kitchen with a Belfast sink, integrated cooker and hob, plumbing for a dishwasher and a space for an under counter fridge/freezer. On the lower ground floor is the utility room with plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer, an electric towel heater and separate w/c. Heating is provided throughout the property via modern electric radiators.
Located on the first floor is a generous family bathroom, equip with a full length bath and overhead electric shower, w/c, sink and heated towel rail. There is a good sized storage cupboard and views out into the bay. On the second floor is the snug living room that benefits from a fully functioning wood burner and tremendous sea views.
There are three double bedrooms in the property that are all clean, comfy and full of light. The rooms on the second and first floors benefit from a street facing aspect which includes a view of other traditional Cornish cottages as well as the greenery of the valley above. The third bedroom located on the lower ground floor has ample light provided by the charming old steps that once led down to a door on that level.
The current owners have run this property as a successful holiday rental and use both national and local websites to advertise; including AirBnb and crabpot.co.uk. A great deal of those who stay are repeat visitors, having discovered the magic of the cottage before. Here are a few of many positive comments left in the visitor’s book by those who have stayed:

The villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are an Historic conservation area. The unspoilt former fishing villages are within an area designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The maze of narrow streets and pretty cottages provides a thriving community with excellent local pubs, churches, shops, tea rooms and restaurants. There are excellent clean beaches in each village. The magnificent and unspoilt coastline of the Rame Peninsula, Edgcumbe House and Park are all within easy walking distance.
Nearby, lying to the west of the Rame Peninsula, are the renowned beaches of Whitsand Bay, with fine golden sand, and excellent swimming and surfing facilities. The City of Plymouth is easily accessible year round via the Torpoint Ferry, Tamar Bridge or Cremyll Ferry and in summer months the Cawsand Ferry departing from Cawsand beach directly to the Barbican in Plymouth.
